A Bit About Me

Your Body, The Way You Want It

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment at any age. I am 48 years old and in the best shape of my life. I still strive to be even better. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.

This is a popular trend in the fitness world today. Whether it’s losing weight or trimming and toning, my program will improve your health and have you feeling great. You’ll see an improvement in your performance in no time.

Personal Training Three Month Contract

1 session per week- (4) $200/month

2 sessions per week- (8) $400/month

3 sessions per week- (12) $600/month

​4 sessions per week- (16) $800/month


3 MONTH CONTRACT ARE TO BE PAID IN FULL UPFRONT. I WILL EXCEPT HALF OF PAYMENT. 


Personal Training Monthly 

1 session per week- (4) $260/month

2 sessions per week- (8) $520/month

3 sessions per week- (12) $780/month

4 sessions per week- (16) $1040/month

5 sessions per week- (20) $1300/month


There will be a surcharge for anything over 25 miles. 

Payment plans are accepted.

All 3 & 4 sessions per week plans come with free meal 

​Meal Plan: $50 per month
